I've been busy at work adding a number of pages to my site recently. Most of them fall under a new section I'm calling the Carson Valley Real Estate Search Guide which features a wide range of pre-set search options including homes by neighborhood (not easty to do without this tool), search homes by school zoning, and search homes by golf courses.
The Carson Valley Golf Courses and Homes for Sale page allows you to preview basic information about each course in the Carson Valley area as well as review all homes for sale within each golf community.
Featured golf coures include Carson Valley Golf Course, Sunridge, and the two Genoa Lakes courses (Club and Resort).

Last holiday season, the GPS was among the most popular holiday gifts.
I picked up a TomTom unit (for about $150) for my wife, Maureen, who is also a licensed real estate agent and works with me and often spends time with clients showing property. After playing around with this for a little while (believe it or not, I have been accused of getting this for me...), I've found a number of useful features that we use in our real estate business.
