Looking for Lake Tahoe foreclosure or short sale homes?
This blog post contains the current listings (right from the MLS) for all Lake Tahoe short sale and foreclosure homes. People often ask me if banks ever lower the price or are negotiable (in the case of the foreclosure homes) - you can see below that they do, in fact, lower the prices if the homes do not sell. Also, the recent range of "sold to list price" as a percentage is between 85% and 108%.

KG - I have been in this home and done some research on it status (prior to your comment). The property has had a Notice of Default (NOD) filed but not yet had a Notice of Trustee Sale filed. This filing will take place with Douglas County and will appear in a "public place" - they are usually in the local newspaper. If you would like me to notify you when it does have a scheduled auction date, send me a note from any "contact" form on my site.

I am interested in one of these pre-foreclosure properties in Mid Kingsbury (243 Terrace View). How can I find out when it will be auctioned off?
