Sparks Homes Going to Bank Auction (Notice of Sale)

The last stage of the home foreclosure process BEFORE it is actually foreclosed on is a Notice of Sale. This means that the home is basically going to be auctioned for sale at the county courthouse. Before you get too excited about Sparks home auctions that are taking place, you should know that most (if not all) will have a starting price (i.e. minimum bid) equal to the outstanding mortgage(s) and the costs of selling the property. Because so many of these homes have "negative equity", the minimum price is typically higher than the minimum bid price. Generally, when they get listed as a foreclosure home (this may take 2-4 weeks from the auction date), the price is lower. I update this list about every 10 days so you may want to check re-vist this blog category.
The list below represents all of the homes that are in a "Pre-Foreclosure" state.
