This information supersedes the January 2009 ban on posting foreclosure listings and respresents a victory for consumers!

The Title companies have had a change in format/vendors so I have not been able to get the data as regularly. This issue has been resolved and I'll start getting more regular posts up. Appreciate the patience from all out there! - Mitch
