Short Phone Call. We ask you a few questions about your home requirements. With your responses, we prepare a summary of neighborhoods and homes that are potential matches and prepare your GPS with current MLS listings.
Brief Orientation. We provide you with local maps, local information, and an easy-to-use GPS (with REALTOR MLS listings that match your personal criteria). Within about 20 minutes, you are free to explore on your own. The GPS guides you “turn by turn” to any neighborhood, home, or school you want to see and further explore.
