Homes in this Reno new home community start in the low $300K.  Lennar is offering buyer incentives up to $50,000 on selected models of these homes.  Specifically, they have two that are "ready for move in".  That's over 15% of the purchase price!

This Sparks new home community offers homes from the mid $300K price range.
