Washoe County Pre Foreclosure Real Estate

This post contains Washoe County Notice of Default and Notice of Trustee Sale filings for properties that are in a "pre foreclosure" state between March 4, 2008 to April 9, 2008. This is a longer time period than I usually post this information so the table below is quite a bit larger than usual.

Tip: If you are looking for a particular street name, try using the "search" or "find" command in your browser to more easily locate that notice. The table is sorted by City, then by Type of Filing, then by address.

If you have any questions about the foreclosure process or more specific information on a particular property, please call me at 775-315-4424 or send me a note from the contact us form.

Douglas County, NV - Notice of Default - March 2008 Filings

If you are trying to identify homes that are likely to go into foreclosure in Minden, Gardnerville, Genoa, Wellington, or Lake Tahoe, this blog post is for you.

The list below represents all of the homes that are in a "Pre-Foreclosure" state. Technically, each of the properties below has had a Notice of Default (NOD) served by the lender to the property owner during March, 2008.

Keep in mind, the properties below may not enter foreclosure if the property owners are able to cure the default within 35 days of the Notice of Default. Also, it is common for some of these homes to be currently listed with a listing real estate broker so you can find more details on these properties by searching

Search Reno Area Real Estate by Zip Code

I just finished a new feature that I thought I'd post on here in case any of you may find it useful.  I have had a few people asking me for better access to zip code searches, especially in the Reno and Sparks areas where there are many more zip codes than the smaller towns in the region.

Check out my new Search Homes by Zip Code Directory!  It includes all zip codes in the region and all local communities.  If I forgot yours, please send me a note to let me know so I can add it in.

Hope you like it!
