Stagecoach (just west of Silver Springs) is probably one of the most rural areas near the Switch Data Center. This area will offer a close commute once the USA Parkway is complete in late 2017. There is very little in local amenities in the town - just a couple mini marts, a gas station and a local bar. School services are by way of Silver Springs - children ride the bus to school (only about a 10-15 minute commute).
